On October 21, a three-week program «Regional Economic Development» began in the United States, within the framework of the special American program of business training SABIT of the US Department of Commerce. 18 leaders participate in this program, influencing the economic development of their regions from 11 Eurasian countries, which were selected on a competitive basis by the International Trade Administration of the US Department of Commerce. Among the participants for this training was selected the CEO of socially responsible business «Techno-image», coordinator of the working team for the development of social entrepreneurship and social responsibility of business in the Dnepropetrovsk region Oleg Velichko.
The purpose of the SABIT international training of the US Department of Commerce is to introduce and share the advanced American experience of state and commercial management, as well as private and state partnerships, to 7 member countries of the program. Representativtechnoes of US government institutions, the most successful commercial companies and associations, public and private associations of the United States will share this experience with the finalists of the program – professional managers who have achieved significant results in the regional economic development of their territories.
