Every two weeks in the company «Techno-Image» workshops are conducted in order to improve the skills of operations managers with goal setting and assessing the fulfillment of the set goals. These workshops are aimed to improve the efficiency of departments, to accelerate the processes of cooperation between departments, to assess the prospects of the company’s activities in a non-stable market.
