On November 8 in Washington, the US Department of Commerce offered master classes on strategic public-private partnerships from top consulting agencies Ellen Harpel, president of BDA Business Development Advisors and Dr. David Maurrasse, president of Marga Incorporated (New York) to participants in the international training. The key points were made on incentives for business development, the development of value and long-term projects, new working methods in special regions and at the international level, and cross-sectoral coordination of activities. November 7 was a shock day for the delegates of the international training on regional economic development thanks to the radial visit of many national / federal organizations, associations that influence the strategy of federal and regional development, public and private partnership, the system of lobbying of local interests at the level of the Senate and the federal government, the favorable economic climate. Participants of the international training of state program of the Department of International Trade of the US Department of Commerce arrived at the Federal National Institute of Standards and Technology NIST. The Institute develops public and private partnership on a territorial basis, as well as the level of automation and artificial intelligence. 50% of the NIST funding comes from the federal budget, and the restcomes from private client companies and institute participants, the number of which is currently 25445.
