Charitable action «Towards people» in the orphanage № 1 in city Dnepr

On April 12, 2017, on the eve of Easter, within the charitable action «Towards people» its participants went to the orphanage № 1 in city Dnepr, where 22 foster children are brought up (four girls and eighteen boys aged 12-18 years). This orphanage, which has engaged in destiny of destitute orphans and children deprived of parental care for 20 years, is very similar to a nursery-school: it is equipped with cozy bedroom and play rooms, it even has a large computer class.

During this visit, the team participating in this action created landscape areas for planting flowers and green bushes, planted flowers with children of the orphanage on the flowerbed (students of the Dnepropetrovsk State Agrarian and Economic University), made beautiful hairstyles and haircuts for the children (the masters of the Educational center Serge and Natali), gave a master class of kyokushin-kan karate (coach of the Dnepropetrovsk federation of kyokushin-kan karate-do) and painting on the Easter eggs (director of the All-Ukrainian charitable foundation «Renaissance Ukraine»). The foster children of the orphanage were given children’s clothes, books and computer disks, flowers and green bushes for planting on the adjoining territory (public organization «Volunteers of Ukraine»).

This charitable action was initiated by Oleg Velichko, CEO of the company «Techno-Image», and supported by the public organization «Leadership movement «Discover yourself» represented by Tarasenko S.A., all-Ukrainian charitable foundation «Renaissance Ukraine» represented by Fedin Y.P., the Educational center «Serge and Natali» represented by director Bobin S.I., coach of the Dnepropetrovsk federation of kyokushin-kan karate-do Skorik E.A., «VAL» Ltd represented by director Kushnir I. A., coordinator and organizer of the charitable action Terekhova E.V., Public University «Obraz» represented by Lyashenko A. and a group of volunteers of Ukraine.
